I watched a little of each one. Will come back later and watch until the end. Since I signed up for an evaluation as well, I 'll have an idea what to expect. (And maybe I can fix something before you get to me!)
I like that Donna has kept is simple. You know it's her every time.
Very thorough evaluation, Carrie, nice job.
The business of personal information being so readily available bothers me a lot. WE make it way too easy for people to find us. Of course, given my name, I'm pretty easy to find without all of this stuff....
Very thorough and professional and helpful! (not to mention generous!)
I don't know about others watchers/listeners, but I took notes.
Donna seems to have excelled at Carrie's inspection and for that, Congrats, Donna!
That was a really interesting exercise. I was going through your exercises with my own stuff as your video played. Wow. You are so cool for doing this!
And no, your voice doesn't sound like a 12 year old girl!
Funny how Cassie interrupted the video.
I'd have to do the same thing. Even moving things along, these types of analysis always seem to go over a half hour. Better to be thorough than vague, though! :)
Yours is next week. I can't wait!
Thanks, Jeff!
It bothers me, too. I've had to put myself "out there" so much in the past three years. Ugh...
Thank you, David! That makes my day. :)
That's awesome! Thanks, Jay. :D
Thanks for much for doing this Carrie. I've made a bunch of changes already and once I'm off vacation and back to my home PC will make more.
Like David List above, I also took notes.
Great overview critique for Donna! I loved her seasonal background. It made me very aware I was enjoying this fall season.
p.s. You don't sound like you're twelve.
That was excellent! And hey, you sound at least 13~! Nice job, Miss Butler.
Ps. Donna, your presence online is very professional. Made me want to tell everyone and anyone who'd listen, "Hey, I know this author!"
This is awesome, Carrie!
I'm going to enjoy this series. :)
What I saw is really good. I'll have to come back and listen to the rest later. What a great idea.
Cool beans! Whew! Talk about thorough. (Your voice sounds different than I imagined, but not in a bad way.
Pffft!!! I win if you're talking about who sounds like 12, hands down. lol
This was really cool to see! All the details and such, its GREAT. You really rock for doing this. :D
Dude. That personal information is freaking scary. >_<
Ah, based on what I saw in the videos, I have some inconsistencies to correct. Hmmm...
You are awesome, Carrie. And you are impressive, Donna!
I loved this post, awesome Donna and Carrie for sharing.
I love Donna's stuff:) She's a good example of how to organize one's writing online:)
Thank you for the illustration on website security! I went to GoDaddy and got the protection, though it was a pain in the neck to navigate.
So GoDaddy is what you usually use to stalk people? We have your confession online.
Thanks for the information, Carrie. I definitely need to stop neglecting my website. This will be the inspiration to get me started.
My pleasure, Donna! I'm always happy to help in any way I can. :)
Thanks, Lee! I loved the background, too. It's fun to see an author take active steps to make his or her site festive. :)
Thanks, Melissa! I really hope so. :)
Whew!
Haha! Well, that's a step up. ;) Thanks, Joylene!
Thanks, Natalie! They are a little (read: lot) on the long side, but I haven't yet figured out a way to give my first impressions without denying my featurees feedback. Hmm...
Young voices unite! LOL
Thanks, S.K.! :D
That's me! Thorough and different. LOL
Thanks, Crystal. :D
She really is! :)
I'm glad it helped, Mark! :)
Haha! Oh, yes. You know me—super creeper!
You're very welcome, Ken! I'm glad it was helpful. :D
Yay! Thank you. :D
