It just occurred to me that 'friend release' makes it sound like E.J. is getting out of prison...
Oh well! :) It's a big day for Mr. Wesley. His debut NA sports contemporary has just hit virtual shelves, and it has potential to make a lasting impression on the category. We better check it out now before he's too famous to talk to us!

About the Book
A gripping story of striking out and winning big.
Perfectly Ernest is a New Adult contemporary novel with romantic elements by author E.J. Wesley. Ernest offers a smart, funny, sweet, sexy, uplifting, and oftentimes poignant perspective of one person's difficult transition into adulthood. It is a story about overcoming the demons of mental illness and struggling with the profound burden of expectations—both real and imagined. But it’s mostly a tale of friendship, hope, and love.

"Fans of this genre will say EJ hit it out of the park!"
“Perfectly Ernest offers an emotionally genuine tour through depression, friendship, and love.”
About the Author
Growing up in small-town Oklahoma, there were limits on the amount and types of entertainment at my disposal. Perhaps that's why I set my imagination free. After collecting degrees in psychology and counseling, life brought me to Missouri, Texas, and Northern California--where I currently read, write, and live. I fill my spare time playing video games, watching movies, planning for the zombie apocalypse, reading graphic novels, and playing with my dogs.

Question of the Week
What's your favorite sport?
Congratulations, E.J., and best of luck! Enjoy this momentous day!
And to answer your question, Carrie--there's only one sport for me--hockey. Training camp opens soon, woot!
Karate is my sport.
LOL. E.J. will enjoy being released, I'm sure.
Here's to his book. I wish him a lot of luck, but it looks as if he's written a super book, so it will be his skill as a writer that will make this one a success.
*brandishes shank* I don't like to talk about my 'time'... :P
Thanks for sharing, CB! And thanks for the well-wishes everyone! :)
You had me at NA sports!
Oh and to answer the question - baseball is my sport (to watch), followed closely by basketball.
PS, since my phone didn't want to let me finish my comment...congrats on the release and go Boston!
Rad looking book! I love baseball, so I may have to give this a try. Thanks for hipping me to it:)

Awesome! Glad to see EJ getting his bookshoes wet. :)
Wahoo for EJ! I need to throw this one on the list...even though it's not one of my normal genres, I'm betting I'd love it. Now I just need a time stopper...
Yes, release sounds like you're sprung from the federal pen, and launch sounds like you're headed on a rocket into space. Hmmm...
Congratulations to E.J. Since I've been away from blogging for so long, I am just now learning about many writers. His story sounds like my kind of read. Thanks for the intro. Hope you've been well. I see that you are doing fabulous with your books and just wanted to drop by and say hello to my famous friend. You really do deserve a big congratulations for all of your success. I will vist again soon.
^ True statement!
Same here! Let me know if you find that time stopper. LOL
It's so good to hear from you again, Melissa! I've missed you. :) Thank you for the kind words. I'm afraid I'm far from famous, but it's fun to think that way! LOL
